Thanks to Larry Gottschalk & Financial Secretary position open
Jul 14, 2003Due to personal reasons, Larry Gottschalk has resigned his position as Financial Secretary. We thank him for the years of service he has provided the Council in various offices, and are grateful to him for everything he has and continues to do for the Council.
As a result of Larry’s resignation, we need to nominate a member of our Council for this office. The requirements are fairly simple: the candidate must be a Third Degree Member, at least 21 years of age, and not engaged in the sale of life or health insurance for another organization. Anyone who is interested in serving in this capacity should contact Grand Knight Todd at 703 385 2195 prior to July 22. The Grand Knight with the Trustees will then interview all potential candidates and nominate one to be appointed by Supreme Knight Anderson.
In the meantime, we ask all members to pray for us as we select a new Financial Secretary. Anyone who wants to learn more about this office can contact the Grand Knight or any of the Trustees to discuss its responsibilities.
