May 30, 2004Reminder that our Annual Family Pig Roast is scheduled for 5 PM this coming Sunday the 30th. Cost is $8 per adult $4 for children 12 an under with a family max of $20. They will start cooking the Pigs at 4 AM in the pit behind Providence Hall. Stop by after Mass to see how it is done by our Cajun Master Pig Roast Chef Pat LaCour and assisted by Chef in Training Greg Hartley.
