On Sunday, October 2, 2005, the annual Knights of Columbus Fun Day at King's Dominion will be taking place. I have attached the information and the order form in this news item.
My suggestion is that we organize ourselves a bit and see if we can make this a Council/Family/Youth event. We could even group ourselves together and meet for a picnic or tailgating in the parking lot. In the park, we could line ourselves up with families with children of the same ages (as rides vary). We can also caravan down there (perhaps share some rides).
I would also suggest we order as a group (by the September 19th deadline) -- as the form says they require a money order or certified check. The price is $18.50 per person and the event is usually a lot of fun for children of all ages.
