Thursday September 26, 2013 we will be going on our annual trip to Pennsylvania Dutch Country to the farm for the noon, authentic Amish cooked meal. We will then go to the National Christmas Center for a tour and shopping. There are limited seats, as we are combining the trip with St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. If you and any of your family or friends are interested in the trip, please let Ann Todd know as soon as possible. There is limited space. On Monday, October 7, 2013 the Columbiettes will be conducting their annual Atlantic City trip! The trip costs $50 and includes the bus ride, a free buffet meal coupon and $15 in slot money from the Tropicana! Call Flo Hogan at 703-280-2343 for reservations or more information.
An upcoming charitable event is the Fiesta Fundraiser Dinner on October 12, 2013. Thelma Billy chairs this event in the St. Leo’s Parish Activity Center (School Gym). It is a fundraiser to help the homeless. RSVP to Thelma Billy at 703-323-6470.
All Knights and their Ladies are invited to the Wine and Cheese Social at 7 PM October 15, 2013. This is a free social event in Providence Hall.
The annual Craft Fair is from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday October 20, 2013 in the Parish Activity Center (school gym). Linda Baringhaus is the chair; please contact her for vender information or questions at (703) 385-9455.
