Entrée Selection 1: Petite Filet Mignon with a Cabernet Sauce & Petite Boneless Breast of Chicken Served with a Mustard Cream Sauce, Fresh Vegetables, and Oven Roasted
Potatoes.
Entrée Selection 2: Broiled Atlantic Salmon with Citrus Sauce & Grilled Breast of Chicken, Basil Cream Sauce with Fresh Season Vegetables and Saffron Rice Pilaf.
Both meals include a Fresh Garden Salad with Balsamic Viniagrette Dressing, Dinner Rolls, Fresh Brewed Coffee or Hot Tea. New York Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce for dessert. Cash bar will be open until 11 pm.
